Stretching is one of the best kept secrets to self-healing that we have access
to at all times. I built this site to demystify the power of stretching by
breaking it down and simplifying it. There are literally thousands of
websites out there that offer some type of advice on exercises, stretching, self
treatment etc., but its hard and very time consuming to find exactly what you're
looking for (if you're lucky enough to find it). So since I am a Pain
Relief therapist also specializing in muscle tone restoration, and I'm always
demonstrating focused stretches to my clients, I took it upon myself to
