The Lower

Stretches for the Gluteus Area
Tightness in the Gluts area is the result of stressed
muscles in the upper let - the hamstrings (back of leg) and the I T Band (side
of leg) especially. The gluts in turn pull on the Sacrum and Ilium
(pelvis) of the low back. Hence tight gluts play a major role in low back
problems or developing discomfort.
Again I found that Monica Paradise , on the Expert Village website of some
excellent stretches that address muscles in this area. Here's the link.
