Knee to Chest

Knee to the chest
this is a simple basic stretch that addresses a broad group of muscles in the back of the upper legand glutius area as well as the lower and mid back. Variations of this stretch will addressa smaller groups of muscles which will make it more focused.

This stretch is as easy as lying on your back. Actually that is how you start. Lie on your back, on the floor or on your bed and without raising your shoulder and or head, bring one bent knee to your chest by grasping it with both hands. As always, breath comfortably and relax while performing this stretch. Hold for 20 seconds.
